With the days getting darker and longer, our body is craving just a few more minutes in bed. But everyone wishes they could sleep better- longer, deeper, more rested. This month we will focus on how you can improve your sleep naturally. Acupuncture is great at improving sleep for long term issues but every little lifestyle change can help!
First tip: The mind needs time to calm and be ready for sleep, turn off all electronics one hour before bedtime to calm the mind: aim for some soothing activities such as meditating, reading, or listening to some soft music.
