A healthier version of pizza? We do that too!! Just follow the recipe below and in 45 minutes you'll have the most delicious pizza made with Beiju Instant Bread.

INGREDIENTS: 1 cup of Beiju Instant bread 2 eggs 2 tbsps grated parmesan cheese ½ tsp of oregano ¼ tsp of salt 1 tsp of baking powder 2 tbsps of oatmeal in flakes Your favourite cheese and your favourite toppings DIRECTIONS: 1) Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, pour the dough on a baking tray and bake for 25/30 minutes at 200ºC. Halfway through, flip the dough so it cooks evenly. 2) Remove from the oven, add your favorite toppings, and bake for another 15 minutes.
