Kara’s crepes opportunity!

For the past 9 years, I have run Kara’s Crepes pretty much solo (with a team) and I am starting to explore a new career. I am looking for an apprentice who will cover my occasional absences this season and who may ultimately be interested in taking over Kara’s Crepes when the time comes.
I’m looking for someone who is willing and able to make a long-term commitment, ensuring that Kara’s Crepes flourishes going forward. This candidate is interested in learning about, or has experience in, food prep and food services with great customer service know how.
This person is mature, business-minded, and service-oriented, knows good food and how to make it and is willing and able to make an investment in Kara’s Crepes.
I am open to proposals and will be holding interviews over the next couple months. Serious proposals only please. I look forward to hearing from you and exploring this opportunity with the right person.

Summer is officially here and now is the time to take advantage of the wonderful bounty our farmers grow, from coast to coast. Canada is blessed with an abundance of fresh seasonal produce, award-winning local wine and locally raised meats; all available at one of the many farmers markets.
