We are losing our 💩 over here because our new feature, launching tomorrow, is in the same category as the pistachio raspberry and the chocolate banana caramel danishes.

Introducing the hazelnut praline danish. It's made with buttery croissant dough, crunchy praline, chopped hazelnuts and chocolate, ribbons of hazelnut mousse, dollops of chocolate, toasted hazelnuts and maldon salt. She is a 10. Kudos to Kamila for the recipe development!!

It'll be available from 7am tomorrow morning.

Shout out to our talented & hilarious senior cake decorator Katie! This gem has been with us for almost a year now but has been decorating professionally for 9 years. In the future she hopes to open her own bakery where she will no doubt be known for her exquisite sugar flowers 🌺 Katie has a huge heart & raised $9K for the victims of the Lynn Valley library attack by selling cookies. When not working, you may find Katie crafting, doing anything DIY, traveling or watching real housewives. She's also passionate about ceremonial grade matcha 😆

Katie's fav thing about TLF is getting to be creative & the people she works with 🥰 Her TLF recs are the London fog, iced raspberry matcha and the jalapeno popper croissant.
