We think it might be the Burek!
Today is the 99th birthday of our star customer, Dragica (born October 11, 1926, in Croatia). She knows a thing or two about this delicacy, having made burek with her own hands for most of her life.
Even so, Dragica honors us by ordering her Burek from Balkan Bakery three times a week!
