These! It’s the best one so far! 😻🧡 So soft yet nice and moist 🧡 Pumpkin cinnamon buns with pumpkin pie spice mix. I just had one while it’s still warm and it’s divine! I will see how it will be when it’s cooled down 😁 And this time, I used icing sugar with pumpkin pie spice mix (instead of my usual cream cheese icing) and I think it helps to elevate the flavour 🥰

48hr cold fridge fermentation fresh rosemary pizza dough with basil pesto, matsutake mushrooms, fresh parsley, fresh basil, yummy pan dried cheese and salamis from Bosa Foods. Drizzled extra virgin olive oil 🧡 so good! Pic 2&3 are sourdough banana breads with oatmeal 🧡 they are good too! The texture is more like sponge cake 🧡 which I personally like it! 😋

Happy Friday! It’s been awhile since my last post, been super busy with my other passion, cat sittings and didn’t have time to bake much for the past few months. I was able to bake a few plain sourdough loaves, jalapeño & cheese bagels and these experiment pieces, red potatoes sourdough bread today! It is so fun to experiment new flavours 🧡 these red potato sourdough bread is good to pair up with butter and extra virgin olive oil with sea salt

A special request from friends. Ciabatta bread with einkorn flour. This is my first experiment using einkorn flour and baking ciabatta bread 😁and first timer’s luck was with me! 🧡 according to my friends ‘nailed it!’ 🥰🙏 using regular white flour base sourdough starter with about 80% hydration and overnight fridge fermentation. So happy that it came out great! 👍

Happy Friday! 🧡 Blueberries 🫐 are one of my favourite berries and love picking them! I got a lots of them from my recent u-pick, so made a homemade jam and turned into blueberry 🫐 & lemon 🍋 cinnamon buns 😋 and they are delicious! 🥰 using brioche type dough (buttery and soft) and slightly tangy & cinnamon-y blueberry filling with sugary lemon juice glaze on top after the bake, it sure please you and your family, friends and everyone!

Happy Saturday! Sun is out, and it’s getting hotter here! Turned AC on to cool the place down before start the oven for baking 😁 and soon as they are baked, then turn the AC back on!
