These! It’s the best one so far! 😻🧡 So soft yet nice and moist 🧡 Pumpkin cinnamon buns with pumpkin pie spice mix. I just had one while it’s still warm and it’s divine! I will see how it will be when it’s cooled down 😁 And this time, I used icing sugar with pumpkin pie spice mix (instead of my usual cream cheese icing) and I think it helps to elevate the flavour 🥰

48hr cold fridge fermentation fresh rosemary pizza dough with basil pesto, matsutake mushrooms, fresh parsley, fresh basil, yummy pan dried cheese and salamis from Bosa Foods. Drizzled extra virgin olive oil 🧡 so good! Pic 2&3 are sourdough banana breads with oatmeal 🧡 they are good too! The texture is more like sponge cake 🧡 which I personally like it! 😋

Happy New Year to everyone! Hope you had a wonderful holiday season and 2025 will be a great one! I recently acquire black garlic from Costco and wanted to use it for something. So, I made a sourdough focaccia with black garlic, chives and cheese. 😋 these sweet umami black garlic is so tasty! 🧡
