Happy Easter!!

I was craving mini eggs - if you don't know this about me I really like mini eggs! But then I thought, what if I combined my love of brown butter and mini eggs.. Well, here it is - Brown butter chocolate chunk mini egg cookies!!

When life gives me lemons, I make lemon cookies 🍋

I mixed the lemon rind with the granulated sugar for this recipe, and it smelled so good. I couldn't wait to take a bite of the cookie 🍪

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

I have always given my friends and family some holiday treats, but this year, I really loved the selection of treats with their different textures, flavors, and shapes!

Who knew Cinnamon Buns could be so pretty!

Don't worry they got a generously topped with cream cheese icing after! Also I had to step it up a little and they are filled with brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and a sprinkle of ground cloves.

Easter weekend wasn't complete without these Mini Egg Magic Bars!

These layered bars have a graham cracker crumb base topped with coconut flakes, chopped pecans, sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips and semisweet chocolate chips.. oh right and how could i forget MINI EGGS!!

🍋Shortbread crust with vanilla lemonade cupcakes filled with lemon curd topped with lemonade buttercream and shortbread crumble and sprinkled with icing sugar 🍋

I made these cupcakes for a charity fundraiser hosted by .ca and I decided to try out a new recipe! I heard they went over well. I guess a lot of people like Lemons!

Happy Thanksgiving! I just wanted to say that I am thankful for all the people in my life who support me and this small business. I am also thankful that I am able to pursue my dreams of making treats for anyone who just wants a little sweetness in their life.

This pie was a request from my cousin- Dairy Free Pumpkin Pie with homemade crust and topped with whipped xoconut cream. For all those who love baked goods but have a dairy intolerance, I can help you out (cause I am part of that group 😉)
