A New Chapter (and a Cozy New Oven!)

We officially moved into our new home this past weekend! While we are absolutely thrilled to settle into this new space, a new kitchen always comes with a bit of a learning curve.

Our new oven has a slightly smaller capacity than what I’m used to, which means I’m pivoting from baking five loaves at a time to a more intimate two-loaf rotation. After a little bit of trial, error, and a refusal to sell anything less than absolute perfection, the first official batches of the week are officially out of the oven and looking beautiful!

Thank you all for your incredible patience and support as Tidy T Baking adjusts to this new setup. Smaller batches just means every single loaf gets twice the love! 🥖🤍

Upcoming Bake Schedule & Moving News! 📦🥖

Hey Valemount! As many of you know, we have a big move coming up on May 15th! To make sure you get your sourdough fix before the moving trucks arrive, here is our schedule for the next week:

🗓️ NEXT BAKE DAY: Tuesday, May 12th
🚚 Delivery: Wednesday afternoon (May 13th)
This will be our last bake day before we pause briefly to get settled into our new kitchen.

🏠 AFTER THE MOVE:
Our first bake day in the new house will be Monday, May 18th!

How to Order:
Orders close 24 hours before bake day to allow for that long, traditional fermentation. Grab your loaves and buns now at the link below!
