Unfortunately we had to forego the market this weekend, but we are planning to do one market before the end of September!

Also - tentatively thinking about a table for the pumpkin fest.

Following the upcoming August break to focus on making products for the Tete Jaune Farmers Market Aug 30th,
prices will decrease by $1 on each item. Starting Sept 2026

How it Works

• The Schedule: I currently have 2-3 bake days per week, with deliveries following the same afternoon. As dough takes its time preparing for the bake (12-18 hours), I make the dough the day before to allow for the cold proofing process.

• Ordering: Please select your desired delivery date at checkout using the delivery button. Each “available” day are the deliverys days.

• Orders: Orders close 24 hours before bake day to allow for dough prep and long fermentation.

• Extras: I often have extra loaves on bake days and will offer them to the next person in line!

• Delivery: Deliveries are made within Valemount, Cedarside and Tete Jaune Cache. Please include any specific instructions (like a "drop-off" spot or your address if outside Valemount limits) in the notes section of your order.

•White Sandwich Loaves (1 loaf/$8, or 2 loaves for $15)
•Soft Pretzels (4 per bag/$8, 8 per bag/$15)

Both using the same recipe as the “Homestyle Dinner Buns”, except the soft pretzels get brushed with a baking soda rinse during the second rise to give it that authentic pretzel crust!
