I love to go through old cookbooks for inspiration and to try and veganize some of the recipes. These blueberry Swedish buns were my latest conquest from the “Food Escapes” cookbook. It was fun to test out ways to make a vegan enriched dough and the end product was reminiscent of a Chelsea bun - perfect with some vegan butter and a hot drink on some of these chilly spring days! These were cardamom and blueberry, I think I’ll make them again and maybe try out this recipe with some new flavours - any suggestions?

I’m offering 6” and mini 4.5” cakes in Carrot or Lemon flavour with cream cheese frosting and a spring wreath design.
This special is available until April 5th, 6” cakes being $45 and 4.5” cakes being $20.
Please DM me to order yours! Pick up in Uxbridge, or delivery with a small fee. Each cake is 100% vegan and made to order, custom orders are also available and subject to their own pricing.
