Today we’re excited to introduce one of the newest members of our White Sails family, Kennedi! ❤️

Kennedi joined our team earlier this summer, and it didn’t take long for us to see what a wonderful addition she is. As a Grade 12 student getting ready to graduate, she’s balancing school, work, and all the excitement that comes with preparing for her next chapter in life.

If you’ve had the pleasure of meeting Kennedi, you’ve likely noticed her kind and gentle nature. She’s soft-spoken, thoughtful, and always willing to lend a hand wherever it’s needed. Behind her quiet personality is a smart, hardworking young woman with a great sense of humor and a heart of gold.

Whether she’s helping customers, supporting her coworkers, or jumping in wherever she’s needed, Kennedi always brings a positive attitude and a caring spirit to the team. Her kindness and genuine nature make her someone everyone enjoys working alongside.

🌟 Meet the Staff – Day 8: Allissa! 🌟

Today we’re excited to introduce another wonderful member of our White Sails family — Allissa! ❤️

Allissa joined our team this past September and quickly became an important part of our day-to-day operations. As a busy mom of two, she knows the value of hard work, patience, and keeping things running smoothly, and she brings those qualities with her every single day.

You’ll often catch Allissa helping you out on cash with a warm smile and friendly attitude, but she’s also always popping around the back lending a hand wherever she’s needed. Whether it’s helping customers, supporting her coworkers, or jumping into a task without hesitation, she’s always willing to help.

One of the things we love most about Allissa is her kindness. She genuinely cares about the people around her and helps create the welcoming atmosphere that makes White Sails feel like home. Her positive attitude, and friendly personality make her a joy to work with and a favourite among both staff and customers alike.

🌟 MEET THE STAFF – DAY 7: LORNA 🌟

Today we’re introducing someone that many of you already know and love — our amazing manager and baker, Lorna! ❤️

If you’ve ever walked through our doors, chances are you’ve met Lorna, shared a laugh with her, or enjoyed something delicious that came out of her kitchen. As our manager and head baker, she wears more hats than we can count and somehow manages to keep everything running smoothly while keeping us all smiling.

Lorna is truly the heart of our team. She’s the person everyone goes to when they need help, have a question, need advice, or simply need a good laugh. Her quick wit, sense of humor, and ability to brighten even the busiest days make her an absolute joy to work with. No matter how hectic things get, she always finds a way to keep the team motivated and laughing along the way.

Behind the scenes, Lorna is responsible for so many of the baked goods you’ve all come to know and love. Her dedication, hard work, and attention to detail help ensure that every loaf, dessert, and treat leaving our bakery is something we’re proud of.

More than just an incredible baker and manager, Lorna is family. She cares deeply about our staff, our customers, and our community, and we’re incredibly lucky to have her leading our team every day.

🌟 Meet the Staff – Day 6: Ava! 🌟

Today we’re excited to introduce (or reintroduce!) one of our amazing team members, Ava! 💙

Many of you have gotten to know Ava since she joined our White Sails family in September 2024. If you’ve visited us, chances are you’ve seen her friendly smile on cash, helping out on the grill, or jumping in wherever she’s needed. She truly does it all!

Ava is currently a nursing student and is absolutely thriving in her studies. Around here, we jokingly call her our “nurse on call” because she’s always ready to help, lend a hand, and take care of those around her. Her kindness, compassion, and positive attitude shine through in everything she does.

Beyond being a wonderful employee, Ava has become a special part of our family. She’s one of the boys’ chosen aunties, and they absolutely adore her. Her patience, warmth, and caring nature make her someone we’re incredibly grateful to have in our lives.

Whether she’s serving customers, helping her coworkers, or making us laugh during a busy day, Ava brings so much light and positivity to White Sails. We are so proud of everything she’s accomplishing and can’t wait to see all the amazing things her future holds.

Today we’re excited to introduce Noah!

If you’ve stopped by for lunch and enjoyed one of our hot meals fresh off the grill, chances are Noah had a hand in making it. 🔥🍔

Noah is kind, outgoing, hardworking, and always brings a positive attitude to every shift. Whether he’s cooking up your favourite lunch, helping behind the scenes, or helping out a fellow team member, he’s always willing to jump in wherever needed.

You’ll often find him absolutely killing it on the grill, making sure every meal goes out with the quality and care that White Sails is known for. His strong work ethic, friendly personality, and dedication to our customers make him an incredibly valued part of our team.

Pictured here is Noah with our two older boys, and it’s moments like these that remind us why our staff are so much more than employees—they truly become part of our extended White Sails family. ❤️
