Itβs officially September, which means Thanksgiving pre-orders are NOW OPEN at White Sails! π€
Every year, Thanksgiving is one of our busiest times, and we are so incredibly grateful that so many of you choose White Sails to be a little part of your familyβs Thanksgiving table.
This year, we have decided to limit the number of pre-orders we accept to make sure every single dinner, pie and order leaving our kitchen is made with the love, care and quality you expect from us. Because of this, we strongly encourage you to get your orders in early!

October 1st is a firm deadline. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept late Thanksgiving pre-orders or make exceptions once ordering has closed.

π THANKSGIVING PRE-ORDER PICKUP
All Thanksgiving pre-orders MUST be picked up on one of the following dates:
Friday, October 9th β after 12 PM until close (7pm)
Saturday, October 10th β after 12 PM until close (7pm)
Sunday, October 11th β after 12 PM until close (5pm)
π¨ These are our ONLY Thanksgiving pre-order pickup dates and times. There will be no exceptions.
Please make sure you select a pickup date that works for you when placing your order.
π₯§ WILL WE HAVE EXTRAS?
YES! We will be making extra pies, rolls and Thanksgiving goodies for our shelves each day leading up to Thanksgiving and on Thanksgiving Day.
However, extras are NEVER guaranteed.
Every year, we unfortunately deal with a lot of disappointment and frustration around Thanksgiving when someone chooses not to pre-order, takes the chance of purchasing from the shelf, and arrives to find that the specific pie they wanted has already sold out.
We absolutely hate disappointing anyone, so here are our biggest tips for getting exactly what you want:
π PRE-ORDER.
If there is a particular pie or item you know you want for Thanksgiving, pre-ordering is the ONLY way to guarantee it.
π SHOP EARLY.
If you decide to take your chances with our extras, we highly recommend arriving as close to opening as possible. Our most popular flavours can sell out quickly!
π NO HOLDS.
During Thanksgiving weekend, we will not be holding pies or other holiday items. This allows us to keep things as fair as possible for everyone coming through our doors.
If you choose not to pre-order, please understand that while we will do our absolute best to keep our shelves stocked, we cannot guarantee that the flavour or item youβre looking for will still be available when you arrive.
Our team puts an incredible amount of work into Thanksgiving week, and limiting our pre-orders this year will allow us to give every single dinner, pie and order the attention and care it deserves.
