After spending years helping other families prepare for wedding days...it's finally our turn.
This cake lady is taking next week off to focus on a much more important job: Mother of the Bride.
There will be happy tears, family time, a beautiful wedding, and absolutely no checking emails if I can help it.
If you've sent a message or inquiry, thank you for your patience. I'll be back in the studio the following week and will get caught up then.
For now, I'm off to enjoy every minute of watching our daughter become a bride.

32 years ago today, we got all dressed up, said “I do,” and cut into a wedding cake that would absolutely never make it into my portfolio today.
This month feels a little extra emotional around here because in just a few weeks, we get to watch our daughter marry the love of her life.
Swipe through for a little trip down memory lane, including one of my favourite photos with our parents. Both of our fathers have since passed, making these photos some of the most treasured ones we have.
Thirty-two years later, here we are.
Still laughing. Still figuring it out as we go. Still choosing each other.
