Here is a list of baked goods that we will be making. (though will be adding as we go).
Prices as marked, with a description of the baked good.
Cakes
War Cake (This eggless cake was developed by resourceful cooks during the war when eggs, butter, and milk were rationed. It is a traditional Christmas cake here on the East Coast of Canada. Served with a nice big hunk of Cheddar cheese and a hot cup of tea, it is a real holiday treat!) $8.00 for an 8 x 8 pan
Cherry Creamcheese Pound Cake(A luscious pound cake with delicious maraschino cherries) $12 full, $4 quarter, $1.50/slice
Gumdrop Creamcheese Poundcake (The same recipe as the cherry pound cake, yet filled with soft gumdrops instead) $12 full, $4 quarter, $1.50/slice
Gingerbread (An old time favourite, with Vanilla Sauce to compliment) $8 for an 8x8
Carrot Cake (Moist and yummy with Cream Cheese Frosting)$12 full
Cupcakes (Chocolate, Mocha, White, Devils Food are just a few flavours of these moist delicious cupcakes) .50 each $6/doz
CheeseCake (omg,what to say about these, Kait makes them and they are delicious!! She makes baked, unbaked and frozen) $20 full $12 small *note, if you have a spring form pan, she can make it in that so you have the form to keep it in.

Cherry Balls (Sweet dough with coconut and a cherry in the center, rolled in graham wafer crumbs)
Skillet Cookies (A holiday favourite as I was growing up and still continue it to this day. Date and rice krispies rolled in a sweet coconut)
Spritz Cookies (A buttery treat dipped in chocolate or icing and decorated with sprinkles)
Chocolate Macaroons(Another old time favourite with a twist, Iced with mint flavoured icing and topped with chocolate ganache)
Thumbprint Cookies (A sugary cookie with jam in the center. All the jams/jellies are homemade in our own kitchen)
Sugar Cookies (A delicious melt in your mouth cookie with sugar coated goodness)
Shortbread (Another melt in your mouth favourite of buttery goodness made with real butter)
Chocolate Chip (A soft chocolate chip filled cookie)
Maraschino Almond Chocolate Chip (Maraschino Cherry Almond Chocolate Cookies are easy shortbread cookies full of cherries and semi-sweet chocolate chips. There is a touch of almond flavouring to compliment the cookie.)
Sprinkle Cookie Bits (Cute, festive and delicious, these are the perfect cookie to help start off your Holiday trays)
Ritz Peanut Butter Chocolate (Ritz crackers filled with creamy PB and then dipped in chocolate)
Gingerbread Cookies (rich and soft with molasses and ginger coming through with each bite, decorated as gingerbread men or reindeer)
Old Fashion Molasses Cookies (Bringing back a taste of your grandmother's cookies. Soft, with a rich molasses taste)
Gingerbread Kisses (A twist on peanut butter kiss cookies, these have a rich ginger and spice flavour that are a Christmas time twist on an old favourite)
Mint Chocolate Chip Snowballs (Mint and chocolate always are a good combination)

Old fashioned favourites made by Kait. They are creamy and delicious!

Pumpkin Loaf (A moist pumpkin pie flavour in the form of a loaf)
Carrot Loaf (The aroma of this loaf is mouth watering. Spices and raisins make this a wonderful snack)
Banana Loaf (Says it all, it can be made with chocolate chips as well)
Date Loaf (This is a traditional Scottish loaf made with tea to give it a dark colour)
Bread (Made with my mother's recipe, it has no milk in it. Very soft and delicious)

Apple (Fresh cut apples in a homemade crust. Brown sugar helps bring out the apple flavours)
Pumpkin (Made from fresh processed pumpkin, This nicely spiced with a hint of maple)
Butter Tarts/Pecan Tarts (Yummy, sweet treats!)

Banana Bars with Cream cheese Frosting (Moist and delicious, the frosting makes it come together)
Peanut Butter Squares (Like a reeses pieces in the form of a square. Creamy pb base with a chocolately topping)
Date Squares (An old time favourite)
Rice Krispy Squares (A treat from out childhood)
