Too much butter in my buttercream makes my fat cookies flat cookies 😂😂

I took some time away from markets but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been working!

Funfetti sugar cookie loaded woth buttercream frosting chips and sprinkles, stuffed with a vanilla cake pop. Finished with vanilla glaze and sprinkled with unicorn dust.

These did not last long 😂

100% my hardest cookies to make are the stuffed chocolate chip Nutella. I definitely don’t use TOO many chocolate chips, but there’s enough to make the dough tough to pull together.
