Wishing a Happy Birthday to the golf loving, awesome bag making Handmade purses and bags Tabalab
When she asked me to make a cake that looked like her favourite golf bag, I went "ummm....ok. Let's do it!"
That being said, I'm a whole year late posting pictures of this cake, but I still got the day right! 😅

I spent a wonderful Easter Sunday afternoon painting chocolate at . I'm quite proud of my masterpiece 😊
Whether going solo, or hanging with friends, this was a lovely, engaging, yet relaxing activity and I highly recommend it. No you don't have to be a master baker, or chocolatier. That's what made it special to me. It was fun for everyone 😊❤️xo

I'm quite late posting this one. Back in September 2025, I was tasked with creating a cake to honour the Carpenter's Union Local 27 's retiring president Chris Campbell at his retirement brunch. I thought what better way to do that than with a carpenter's toolbox cake. Being a part-time carpenter myself, I'm quite proud of this one 😊
The cake itself was a vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and finished in a white chocolate ganache. The toolbox panels are fondant. The "tools" are all made with a fondant/gum paste mixture. The "sawdust" is toasted shredded coconut.
