This is my favourite high-protein afternoon snack berries, yogurt (Greek or Icelanic) or cottage cheese, granola and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Everyone telling me to do this with honey is sleeping on maple syrup.

"Choose Your Own Adventure" muffins in action today!
We wanted carrot muffins🥕, so we took the instructions for "zucchini muffins" from the included booklet and swapped in shredded carrot. We could have added some nuts, but part of our dozen got shared at the gym, so we wanted to be safe around our food-sensitive friends. These turned out with amazing texture 💗

To make them a bit fancy we made a small batch of cream-cheese icing and played around with the piping bag.
