Hubby bought me a Ninja Creami for Christmas. I love it. It allows me to make low calorie and dairy free ice cream. Not only can I control what sweetener that I use, I am not paying disgusting prices at the store for a small amount of heavily, artificially sweetened dairy. Thank you

The ice cream is the lite chocolate made with Cocoa and coconut cream and oat milk. I used allulose to sweeten. My homemade vanilla bean paste also adds a bit of sweetness.

The tarts are raspberry and vanilla, again with allulose to sweeten.

The pastry, another experiment, had sifted ground flaxseed in it to replace the egg. I am going to need to order the golden flaxseed as recommended by the Pie Baking Group on Facebook so that there are no small flecks in the dough. I made my regular pastry and simply add 1 tbsp flaxseed with some water, allow to sit for 5 minutes, then add the vinegar and additional water up to the correct amount for the recipe. This is the second attempt at this method. The dough rolls beautifully.
