We have some adorable bunny choux for this weekend- filled with thick vanilla pastry cream, orange curd and whipped white chocolate.

Manifesting a warmer spring with this one- Rhubarb & Pistachio pavlova 🩷💚

Our signature tender, crispy marshmallowy pavlova bottom gets topped with barely sweetened vanilla cream, vanilla pastry cream and a pool of zingy poached Ontario rhubarb. And a sprinkling of buttery pistachios.

We have as usual a sharing or baby size!

Latte Tart V2.0 ☕️

This one’s been in retirement for a while, and it wasn’t until someone reminded me that I even remembered it 😂 With a few tweaks, it’s back and even better than the original.

Milk chocolate mousse, espresso soaked sponge cake, crispy pearls and whipped coffee roasted white chocolate.

We’ll have this for the rest of March ☕️

Our next brûléed custard tart flavour is hojicha!!!

We’re big fans of this roasted green tea and custard-tart-ifying it means every bite is ultra creamy, nutty and deeply satisfying.

Like all our custard tarts, please enjoy them within a few hours of purchase to maintain that beautifully crackly sugar crust.

We’ve done so many different chiffons over the year: Earl Grey, black sesame, mango-passionfruit orange blossom, pumpkin, pandan coconut…

But this is our first time ever doing citrus! It’s such a glorious and natural pairing, I can’t believe we haven’t done it yet 😂

If you haven’t tried this sunshine-in-a-cloud-like slice, we’re keeping it for a few more weeks before we change up the flavour ☀️🍊☁️

Is it even Valentine’s at Roselle without our Sweetheart cake? 🌹

If you’re new here, Sweetheart is our ever fleeting seasonal cake with flavours that are inspired by the great Pierre Hermé’s magical Ispahan (the ultimate combo of rose, raspberry & lychee).

Each cake has a delicate raspberry rose white chocolate mousse, an intense raspberry coulis, vanilla cremeux and sponge cake soaked with lychee rose syrup and lychee pieces.

We’ll have these for 2 weeks only. Available starting this Friday & the last day will be Sunday Feb 22nd.

We’re open Family Day Mon Feb 17 and we will certainly have these then!

So we made our own Roselle Red Pockets!

Each red pocket contains three handmade items that herald health, prosperity, and good fortune in the Year of the Horse.

Crispy, tender, marshmallowy, creamy, nutty 🍴

The first time we had the classic Mont Blanc dessert was at an old-school Parisian shop almost 15 years. We made it our mission on our days off to explore and eat as much as we could (mission always accomplished 😂). It wasn’t as fancy as any of the other iconic French desserts- just meringue, vanilla cream and chestnut puree- but we immediately understood it’s magic.

Years later as we brainstormed possibilities for our winter pavlova, we immediately knew we’d have something special if we combined the two classic desserts.

Both the reg size and wee baby size will be available for the rest of the month☁️🌰
