That’s where we differ.

Our rolls are crispy on the outside, but soft and doughy on the inside. Growing up, that pancake-like blanket wrapped around the meat and potatoes was always my favourite part. The crispy outer layer gives way to that soft centre, and honestly, it feels like the best reward every time.
