Our Story

Welcome to my page about artisanal bread making, using natural yeast starters, local organic and ancient grains, and old world classic recipes.

I teach bread lovers how to make different types of breads, from Focaccia/Fougasse, Baguette, Brioches and Croissants. My workshops are held at 2 different locations, depending on dates, and they sell out quickly. Since 2013, I have taught over 250 students the art of making artisanal breads, and many have become serious home bakers including one who now runs her own bake oven for her popular breads in Brighton, Ontario.
