After being inspired during trips to Shanghai and Hong Kong, Hot Bunzz is a concept that was developed to share international flavours in a unique way. Similar to a Chinese Bao bun, our bunzz are baked and slightly sweet and filled with incredible recipes like Elk, Bison Short Ribs and Wild Boar.
