Sunday is one of my favourite days of the week. Perfect for getting up slowly, enjoying a cup of coffee & indulging a little with your breakfast or brunch. Today with my coffee, I’m enjoying these “Ricotta & Saffron Infused Herb Scones.” Packed with fresh parsley, rosemary, thyme, & green onions. The ricotta makes these scones extra fluffy & the saffron lends a subtle earthy yet sweet flavour.
