this lovely pressed pattern into cookie dough, is made from using some vintage lace I have collected, and been gifted over the years. such a cute idea & it makes even cuter cookies !

homemade ginger bread cookies are the perfect solution to a dreary, wet & snowy winter day. I love to make my gingerbread extra thin, and crunchy so I can dip it in my hot cup of tea in the afternoon.

Sunday is one of my favourite days of the week. Perfect for getting up slowly, enjoying a cup of coffee & indulging a little with your breakfast or brunch. Today with my coffee, I’m enjoying these “Ricotta & Saffron Infused Herb Scones.” Packed with fresh parsley, rosemary, thyme, & green onions. The ricotta makes these scones extra fluffy & the saffron lends a subtle earthy yet sweet flavour.
