A delicious Thanksgiving dinner cooked by Kalvin ๐๐ผ A recipe wasnโt used, and it was truly amazing to witness the creative process behind creating these dishes. There was a beautiful balance of flavours and textures every bite.
We had fried shrimp as the appetizer paired with 2 sauces to choose from: coconut chilli lime and roasted peanut sweet chilli sauce.
For the main course, roast pork with a thick crispy layer of skin and soft juicy meat ๐คค 3 sauces to choose from mang tomas, vinegar soy sauce, spicy jasmine rice thai sauce. Bibimbap was a nice alternative to white rice, the veggies added many textures to each bite!!
