WOW GLUTEN FREE GARAGE!

I’ve taken a couple days to try to really absorb the absolutely incredible Gluten Free Garage last weekend. Frankly, I need more time.

The sun was shining, the music was pumping and the vibe was on point. The vendors were energized and excited but most importantly the community came out in spades! Thank you to all of you who showed us some love, we do it for you and our efforts felt so validated!

GFG is a 1 day event but the lead up (for WBB) is always a little chaotic, a bit stressful and a lot of teamwork. This year we pushed ourselves to do more than ever before and it was COMPLETELY WORTH IT!

My team worked their butts off for weeks prepping and they deserve every single ounce of gratitude I can possibly give them!!

Sarah, Inna, Dakota & Giovana worked tirelessly for weeks of prep and truly none of this would have come together with each and every one of them!

HUGEST of shout outs to my girl RonniLyn, for continuing to top herself and putting on the most epic event ever!

I AM ALREADY PUMPED FOR NEXT YEAR!!!!!

Couple other quick shout outs:
built us our BEAUTIFUL custom booth with only 2 weeks notice and absolutely KILLED IT!!!
the most supportive husband, helped me brainstorm our product lineup, spent the day with our kids and brought them to GFG to see us in action!
(my mom) showed up on the day ready to work and basically folded every single box used! If you made a preorder, my mom had it ready for you!

𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐜 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 💚

For 10+ years, I struggled without answers because I didn’t fit the “typical” celiac symptoms. Like so many, I wasn’t “sick enough” in the way doctors expected. Think extreme weight loss and chronic digestive issues. (I’d argue I absolutely had the latter!)

Today, on the 1st day of Celiac Awareness Month, I just want to say how grateful I am that we, the gf community and doctors alike, no longer get caught up in the “typical symptoms” of celiac disease.

I’m grateful my son was able to be tested with no symptoms and I sleep better at night knowing he isn’t unknowingly damaging his body.

As a gluten free bakery owner I want to thank all of our customers and followers for allowing my team and I the opportunity to create safe and delicious alternatives for you and your families.
