Celebrate Mother’s Day week with a cozy, heartwarming cake workshop. Under the guidance of Ms. Silian Wong (trained at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa and George Brown College) from Silian.Cakery, you and your mom or child will craft and bring home a beautiful, meadow-inspired lemon pound cake from scratch.
From mixing the batter, baking, cooking candied lemon, to decorating your cake board with natural food colours — every step is created with both big and little hands.
Enjoy a meaningful, connected moment while working with high-quality ingredients.
Open to family pairs (parent with max 2 children of age 8+, couples) or single adults.

母親節親子烘焙班

在母親節的一週，來一場溫暖又窩心的蛋糕工作坊。 由 Silian Cakery 的 Silian 老師（曾於 Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa 及 George Brown
College 接受專業烘焙訓練）親自指導，你可以與媽媽或孩子，一同由零開始，
製作並帶走一個帶著田園氣息的檸檬磅蛋糕。
從拌勻麵糊、等待蛋糕在烤箱中慢慢成形， 到熬煮糖漬檸檬、以天然食材為蛋糕板添上色彩—— 每一步，都是大手與小手之間的默契與溫柔。
在細緻的食材與靜靜流動的時光裡，留下一段有連結、有溫度的共同記憶。
歡迎家庭組合參加（親子：最多兩位小朋友8歲或以上、情侶）或單人報名。

Still smiling from all the lovely feedbacks received at Snowy Starry Fest 🤍

Many guests asked if the colour was blueberry blue — but no!
It’s butterfly pea blue, a natural colouring that gives this beautiful hue and perfectly matched the theme of the evening.

From concept to packaging, it was such a joy to customize every detail for the event.

Time-consuming — but so, so worth it.

11月8日漂書活動中的SilianCakery！✨

感恩我和 SilianCakery .cakery 一同參與由好書漂流港 主辦的第六屆漂書活動。是次活動在Markham Wesley Center 內舉行。

當日的紅葉咖啡館內充滿了各種感官刺激享受同溫暖——柔和的自然光及燈光、溫馨的佈置裝飾、唱盤播放的經典樂曲及現場音樂表演、甜品蛋糕同咖啡的香味、熱烈的辯論比賽、拍手聲及笑聲，最重要的是，在現場每一張美麗的面孔。💛

多謝各朋友過來探望我及支持這個漂書文化活動。認識了很多用愛發電的義工，亦可以同其他漂書參與者傾計，令我整日心情都輕鬆愉快，能量滿滿。亦好高興我設計的甜點，能夠為大家在閱讀時加入一點甜，在入冬的日子中加添一點溫暖。🍰☕

Thank you for having me and .cakery as part of the 6th Book Drifting event in Markham Wesley Center , hosted by . The cafe was alive with all kinds of senses and love—the music, the aroma of cakes and coffee, lively debates and laughter, cozy decorations, and, most importantly, all the beautiful faces that filled the space.💛

It was so wonderful to see friends supporting both me and this cultural event. Meeting the volunteers and chatting casually with participants truly brightened my day. I’m grateful that my dessert creations, along with the tea & coffee bar, could add a little sweetness and warmth to everyone’s reading day in deep autumn.🍰☕

【漂書限定】第二款由 Silian Cakery 設計的甜點 — 紙盒藏詩蛋糕系列

為配合秋漂入冬的意境，本系列提供兩款口味：

🍰「盒有詩書氣志華」— 南瓜布甸芝士蛋糕
內含香甜南瓜布甸、鹹香南瓜芝士、鬆軟戚風蛋糕，外層以紅糖燕麥焙南瓜子及朱古力小南瓜作裝飾。盒內層次之豐富，就如北宋詞人蘇軾名句：「粗繒大布裹生涯，腹有詩書氣自華。」

Among them is the Autumn Panna Cotta Series, featuring these flavors:
