We learned about the full journey of coffee, from the coffee tree to the beans, and ended the session diving into the math, science, and art behind preparing coffee in five different ways.

It was only a 3-minute walk from where we were staying. We discovered this gem on day two and made sure to go back every single day.

The vinyl playing in the background, the furniture, the pan de bonos, and of course, the coffee… everything hit just right.
