It's National Ice Cream Day! 🍦🍨

Alright I guess I'm one of the few that likes their ice cream in a cup. I used to eat ice cream really slow as a kid so I was forced to eat a cup. Any slow eaters here?

Taking a new approach and making chiffon cake. No cream and less sugar = healthier sweet option!

This is fluffy like clouds. The "bowl" is chocolate chiffon and the "ice cream" is strawberry chiffon.

Today is Canada Day but it's different this year.

Today is meant to be a joyous day where we celebrate everything this country has gone through. It's not to be forgotten about the treatment on the First Nation people of the past and present. The continuous discovery of the unmarked graves at residential schools is truly heartbreaking. There must be justice and equality for all. 🧡
