First cake ever! And I really went all in 🤭

Three layers of soft cake, filled with a homemade thick caramel and frosted with American buttercream… safe to say it was rich, decadent, and worth every bite. Alhamdulillah, everyone who tried it genuinely loved it, which made me so happy 🫶🏼

And before anyone asks… no, this does not mean I’m adding cakes to my menu anytime soon 😂 I just wanted to challenge myself a little and step outside my comfort zone to grow my baking skills.

But who knows… maybe one day 👀✨

First time ever making bagels… and I’m honestly still in shock at how GOOD they turned out 😭🥯

There’s something so satisfying about trying something new and watching it come together better than expected.

Not saying I’m selling these just yet 👀 — but it’s definitely something I’m thinking about as I continue looking for ways to grow and expand Homemade by HM.

Trying, learning, and slowly stepping outside my comfort zone — one bake at a time 🤍✨

Throwback to when I made my first batch of S’mores cookies…to this day, they are a customer favourite. These delicious cookies are stuffed with marshmallows, sit on top of a graham cracker, and have chocolate stuffed on top of it. 🤤

It has the right amount of sweetness to it, and also holds on to the s’mores flavour. 🍪

Recipe testing a whole other flavour and this is what it turned into instead 😂
First time ever making brown butter… except I was actually trying to make ghee and ended up with brown butter instead (desi girl fail 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣).

Made the toffee twice before it finally came out right, but wow — these brown butter toffee chocolate chip cookies are SO good 😮‍💨
Family has already finished two batches 🤭🍪

Safe to say… this is my very informal intro to my brown butter toffee chocolate chip cookies 🤎🍪

After selling out on Saturday (alhamdulillah 🤍), I went straight back into the kitchen to prep for Sunday’s market — and on the fly, I decided to merge two customer favourites: red velvet and cookies & cream.

I whipped up a fresh red velvet dough, stuffed it with a creamy cookies & cream filling, and then layered it with a rich white-chocolate cookies & cream centre. Let me just say… they tasted heavenly. ✨

Everyone who tried the samples was instantly in love — and most of them bought the cookies right after tasting them 😭🍪🤍 Your reactions made all the late-night baking so worth it.

Thank you for the love, the support, and for always encouraging me to try new flavours. Can’t wait to bring more creations your way!
