hiii!! been making a lot of cakes for potlucks & celebrations lately which has been challenging & very fulfilling creatively & sending extra cakes to our store over the weekend!

Recently Made a mango mousse with sliced peaches on an alimony sponge but realized the peach bits should’ve been better as a spread since it got in the way of cutting & froze a bit too much with the mousse.

We have 2 more weeks for these mochi cupcake flavours & oreo cheesecake slices at the shop!!

Made some matcha strawberry cake cups for .to over the weekend and they were picked up pretty fast so we might do some more if we have time this weekend ✨

Made exactly 1,293 mochi muffins this weekend for 1 wedding, 3 catering orders & the shop!!

Super thankful for all the opportunities but will not be taking this many orders again (instead our capacity will be limited to 600-700 muffins per weekend) 🙃

We were in the kitchen from 4am to around 9pm with a few hours break in between & it felt like a never ending group project with our admin .pong stepping in to help us in between, .auu coming in an extra day, for pulling through & who wasn’t the happiest at how behind schedule I was but still helped me nonetheless and ofc for delivering to sauga!

It’s been our long time goal to transition into catering & for the past year we’ve been trying to get more consistent gigs but didn’t know how & suddenly we have 2 consistent companies placing orders with us & random ones that find us !!!

If anyone is interested in having mochi muffins at their next event hmu!! we offer affordable pricing, delivery, and custom flavours!

I haven’t been this excited for a project in a long time!!

discovered around a year ago & was so inspired / marvelled at these boxes asking myself why are all the coolest baking projects in the states?!!

Fast forward to a few weeks ago when I saw an email from inviting us to be part of this project along with 17 other Asian bakers in the city!!

hiii I feel like I’ve neglected the shop this week… being sick while running a little muffin shop isn’t the best combination esp with 2 weddings in 4 days 🤧

thankful for our team for working extra hard this week and for our ex-baker for coming in to help us out. With that being said we’re extending july flavours until this Sunday since we weren’t able to give you our usual supply last week!
