Today we begin growing our Sabzeh for Navroze (Nowruz)🌱

Navroze (Nowruz) is the celebration of the vernal equinox and the first day of spring. Sabzeh is one of the seven ever present items present on the traditional haft-seen table prepared 14 days before the new year. Sabzeh symbolizes rejuvenation and new life 🌱✨.

Join us and grow your Sabzeh along with us.

What you will need:
- 1 cup of green or brown lentils (can use unpelted wheat or mung can be used as well)
- a shallow bowl, pot or tray 🪴
- some muslin cloth or cheesecloth
- an area with enough natural light ☀️
- a little bit of patience, trust & love
