A nutella overload cake! Chocolate-hazelnut explosion! This one was a chocolate fudge cake filled with Nutella and covered in a chocolate meringue buttercream- topped off with a chocolate ganache drip and yummy chocolate candies, and finished with homemade chocolate macarons!

A cake for a hockey loving nine-year-old! This one was a funfetti cake filled with cookies and cream, and covered with vanilla meringue buttercream! Stripes were tricky, but it all came together, and of course it wouldn’t be a hockey cake without the jersey, hockey stick and puck made from homemade marshmallow fondant and modelling chocolate!
