A Little Update 🤎

We’re so sorry, but due to some unexpected circumstances, the Kindness Loaf won’t be set up for the next week or two.

We really appreciate everyone who counts on our little stand and we hate to disappoint anyone. 🤎 We’ll be back as soon as we’re able, and we’ll keep you updated here with our next opening day.

A little reminder about our August schedule! 💛

We won’t be set up tomorrow, as we’re continuing with our one week on, one week off schedule for August. We were so happy to see everyone last week, and this will be our last “off” week before we’re back to our regular schedule in September! 🍞🥚

Starting in September, Kindness Loaf will be back every week! 💛

And as always, if you’re depending on bread and/or eggs this week, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to make sure you get what you need!

A tiny Kindness Loaf experiment! 🍞

If you notice 3 little holes poked into your bread bag this week, don’t panic… I put them there! 😂

We’re trying to find a way to reduce the condensation that builds up inside the bags while the bread is sitting out on the stand in the sunshine. ☀️🍞

We’re hoping these little holes will help the bread breathe a bit without affecting the freshness.

BUT—we need your help! ❤️
If you notice that your bread seems to be drying out more than usual because of the holes, please let us know! We’re just experimenting and trying to find the best way to keep your Kindness Loaf fresh and delicious.

SEEDY BREAD IS BACK THIS WEEK!

This week at the Kindness Loaf, you’ll find our Seedy Bread alongside our classic White Sandwich Bread!

This one is personally my favourite. ❤️ It has a slightly crunchier crust, tons of flavour, and is packed with delicious seeds that give it the perfect texture.

If you’ve never tried it before, this might be your week to grab a loaf! 😍

💛 Kindness Loaf August Schedule Update 💛

Just a quick update for everyone!

We will not be set up on Wednesday, August 5 or Wednesday, August 19.

We will still be open on:
🍞 Wednesday, August 12
🥚 Wednesday, August 26

We’ll be back to our regular weekly schedule in September!

If you were depending on bread, eggs, or anything else during one of the weeks we’re closed, please send us a message. We will make sure you still have what you need. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always happy to help. ❤️

Just a little Kindness Loaf update!

We’re still here! Bread went out yesterday, even though I completely forgot to make a post. Summer has definitely slowed things down a bit, which is actually nice to see everyone out enjoying the sunshine.

For August, we’ll be putting the stand out every second Wednesday. I’ll post the exact dates soon!

Since bread hasn’t been disappearing quite as quickly lately, I was thinking of mixing things up a little. We’ll still have some bread available, but would you be interested in things like hamburger buns or hot dog buns instead? Something a little more useful for summer meals and BBQs!

Also, are there any treats or baked goodies you’d love to see at the stand? I’d love to hear your ideas! ❤️❤️
