MARKET SEASON IS OFFICIALLY HERE! 🧺☀️
The wait is over! This weekend marks the official start for some of our favorite local markets and country stores on the Peninsula. Whether you are looking for farm-fresh eggs, greenhouse blooms, or handmade artisan gifts, here is where you need to be:

📍 Georgian Bay Country Market
Hours: Mon-Sat 9 AM – 6 PM | Sunday 9 AM – 4 PM
Location: 267 Highway 6 (2km North of Wiarton)
Your go-to stop for delicious baked goods, local meats, eggs and other staples, seasonal local produce and artisanal goods! Their greenhouse is fully stocked with spring annuals and perennials, and you can grab a coffee at the Windmill Café while you browse.

📍 Wiarton Farmers' Market
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Fridays)
Location: The Parkette (near 590 Berford St.)
Our local Friday market is back! Stop by to connect with authentic local growers and get your weekend supplies a day early.
Support local, eat fresh, and enjoy the sunshine!

📍 Lakeview Vendor Markets (Weekly Wednesday Market!)
Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Wednesdays)
Location: Bluewater Park, Wiarton
Break up your week with a trip to the park! This weekly market features a fantastic variety of local vendors and artisans right by the water in Bluewater Park. It’s the perfect mid-week stop for unique finds and local treasures.

📍 Lion's Head Farmers' Market (SEASON OPENER!)
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Saturdays
Location: At the Beach, Lion’s Head
Support our local farmers and makers right by the water. On long weekends (like next week!), they stay open until 1:00 PM.

📍 Tobermory Marketplace (Mid-Week Market!) Hours: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Wednesdays)
Location: At the Harbour, Bay Street, Tobermory
A perfect mid-week excuse to head to the harbour! This seasonal market runs through the summer months and features local creators, artisans, and growers right by the water. It’s a great spot to grab unique handmade goods and fresh local finds while enjoying the scenic views of the port.

Location: Tobermory Community Centre (Pavilion at Head St.)
Runs every Saturday through September! Browse local crafts and treats before heading out on your weekend adventures.
