WE’RE BACK!!! After a week of crazy smoke and temperatures we’ve finally been able to open our vents and windows again! This means we’ve been hard at work creating some delicious new items for you to try.

This week’s features include:

Pizza- The Salvatore- Marinara, mozzarella, ricotta, basil, sausage, garlic chilli oil.

Pasta #1- Pesto Cavatelli- house pasta, fresh basil marinara, grilled chicken, sun-dried tomato, cherry tomatoes, creamy goat cheese

Pasta #2- Maltese Sausage Linguine piccole- Slow dried durum semolina pasta, tomato, brown butter, Maltese sausage, Pecorino cheese

Burger feature- The Texan- Double local beef patties, double cheddar, smoked bacon, bbq aioli, fried banana peppers, lettuce, on a house sesame milk bun.

Sandwich feature- Classic Meatball- Otter creek meatballs, house marinara, mozza,pecorino, basil

Dessert feature- Tiramisu

Unfortunately, due to the high levels of smoke in the air in our area, we are unable to utilize our venting system without bringing in smoke from outside. Due to this, we’ve decided to close until the air improves. We plan to open up again our regular hours next Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 11 AM. We hope everyone understands and stay safe during these uncertain times.

Due to the insane temperatures in the country the bakery will be closed until Thursday. We’re closing down the kitchen to allow for everyone to stay cool. We will reopen Thursday July 16th at 11am with a condensed menu with items geared towards staying cool. Fresh made deli sandwiches, meatball subs, beef dips, fresh salads, and cool desserts! Wednesday has finally arrived and we couldn’t be happier! We’ve got some amazing new menu features to try in addition to our regular menu. The features include :
Pasta #1- Zucchini Carbonara- Slow Dried Linguine piccole tossed with zucchini and guanciale, finished with egg yolks and pecorino.
Pasta #2- Short rib and ricotta Ravioli
House pasta, braised local beef short rib, fresh ricotta, parm, red wine tomato sauce.
Pizza feature- BBQ Chicken- house bbq sauce base, mozza- cheddar blend, toasted red peppers, red onion, scallion, chilli drizzle
Salad feature- Mediterranean chick pea and local greens, with feta and sesame vinaigrette.
Burger Feature- back by popular demand- THE BIG MARCH- two all Canadian beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, onions, pickles on a sesame seed bun.

We’re back at it and it’s Wednesday all over again! This week we’re happy to offer in addition to our regular menu a few new features to tempt your taste buds. The salad this week is a DeBruins greenhouses living Romain Caesar salad. Pecorino and lemon vinaigrette with sourdough crouton, pecorino cheese and smoked bacon. Pasta #1 Rigatoni alla Vodka- slow dried Durum wheat rigatoni tossed with sliced Maltese sausage, hand-stretched mozzarella, sliced prosciutto, creamy tomato vodka sauce, and fresh spinach. Pasta #2- otter Creek Farm chimichurri steak and spaghetti- seared strip point steak topped with a traditional chimichurri served over house spaghetti tossed with confit cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and olive oil. The burger this week is a double BLT burger. The pizza this feature is called the Sinatra. This delicious pizza is topped with fresh house mozzarella, Bakeshop marinara, capicola, prosciutto, pecorino cheese, red onion, arugula, and balsamic glaze. We’re open Wednesday to Friday 11 AM to 7 PM. Call ahead to place an order and reserve a pick up time 807-623-2235. You can also pop by we look forward to seeing you.
