Thank you to all our friends and customers from over the years. You are loved and appreciated, and our lives are better because of you. Thank you, as well, to the Old Strathcona Farmers Market.

After 35 years at OSFM Gramma and Grampa Bear (aka Evelyn and Harold) are hanging up their aprons and retiring 💗

We are so honoured to have worked with them in the Market, and wish them all the best in retirement.

This Saturday, April 15th will be their last Market Day. Come by from 8-3 PM to grab one of their pies and wish them a happy retirement!

Someone was working hard to get hot cross buns ready for Saturday's Old Strathcona Farmers Market, and that's icing on the cake. Be aware, the really bad pun was intentional. Gramma Bear's will have hot cross buns, frozen you-take you-bake cinnamon buns and pies, butter tarts, and dinner buns. Everything you need for Easter morning breakfast, or dinner with the family. As well as all the other baked goodies you'd expect to find. Old Strathcona Farmers Market, Saturday 8-3 in aisle 7. Come early to find what you want from Gramma Bear's and all the other vendors.

News from the kitchen...Gramma and Grampa, also known as Evelyn and Harold have made a decision that was extremely difficult to make. They have chosen to discontinue operation of the bakery and step away from the Old Strathcona Farmers Market. April 15 will be their last market day.
