When one door closes, another one opens…………
I want to start by saying how much my dad loved this business and how even on his hardest days he wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. The bakery was where he followed his dreams baking, cooking, feeding and laughing with his staff and all his loyal customers that kept coming year after year. The problem with that is that the bakery was his dream and not mine and I have struggled with hanging on to him and my family’s memory as well. My life has recently changed and has now forced me to make the hard but necessary changes to make a better life for myself and my kids. Things will be harder but also better in ways that I can live for my family. I know Dad would want me to be happy and I may not know what my dreams are for the future yet but I want to open up all doors to find out. I am terrified and excited all at once, so all I ask is to not judge me unless you’ve walked in my shoes, and remember all I’m trying to do is be happy and fulfilled in my life. Thank you so much to all our customers that have supported us over all these years and remember how much Mom and Dad lived their dream and would only want their kids to have their dreams as well. We will be closed on Friday October 6th, 2017 permanently. Thank you all for your patronage and I wish everyone for all their dreams to come true.
