They were good and looked like pretty roses but maybe not worth all the work. 😵‍💫

Welcome to Lubon's Kitchen 🤗

My name is Alexandria, my middle name is Lubon which means "my beloved" coming from Slavic roots. I found it fitting to call my new little home bakery, Lubon's Kitchen because I truly do love baking. It brings me peace and happiness. Sharing with others brings even more joy through connection, the way God intended - breaking bread with our fellow brothers and sisters. 🍞 🙏🏼

If you know me, you know that I am usually in the kitchen cooking or baking something. One of my favorite things is punching down the dough after its first rise.. so satisfying. I bake bread weekly for my own household and once or twice a month I make vegetable broth which I love to find any excuse to include while cooking. 🧅🥕

I enjoy baking from scratch, simple and delicious ingredients; AP flour, honey or sugar, yeast, a lil salt, butter (for bread) and whatever else a recipe or my heart may call for. 🥰

I created this page to share my cooking and baking. I would love to offer bread every week to those that are interested, and I will also offer other things as they are made. I hope to have a little pop-up stand every Sunday / Monday with bread and other yummy things.

As interest and orders build, I will make a proper menu and schedule. Thanks for supporting me and my dream to one day become a professional baker. Any and all feedback is appreciated.
