Good afternoon folks
A quick update post in regards to our Horyls and Fresh Deli products. We have always been transparent with any kind of change that is about to happen here in our shop. We usually have ample time to inform our customers of these changes. However, this time such is not the case. We understand that it may not be fair, however our suppliers have left us no choice. 😔
Most of our wholesale prices were increased without any communication or notification to us. These increases were done on all Horyls products that we have for re-sale, along with a few of our fresh Deli meats that are supplied to us from Armstrong foods.
We apologize to you, our customers for such short notice, unfortunately, without the communication, we had no way of knowing until we received our deliveries. This is in no way the usual practice for the industry. However, it happened, and our hands are tied.
What that means for our customers. Well, sadly, these increases have to be passed on to you.
The increase comes into effect immediately.
We have done the best we can to keep the increase as minimal as possible. We wish we didn’t have to, however, we have no choice but to do so.
You will see an increase of .25 - .50 per lb on most Horyls products as well as some of our fresh Deli.
Again, we apologize for the short notice and increase.
