My stuffed cream egg cookies, made with homemade cream eggs coated with dark chocolate and stuffed into chocolate chip cookies cups. They were then topped with more dark chocolate. Yum

I'm back in Georgina, working out Mt my home kitchen in Keswick. My time in Toronto taught me a lot about vegan, gluten free, and sugar free baking.
