Why should you invest in local artisan sourdough bread? 🍞🌾

– it’s way easier to digest! The natural fermentation process (the wild yeast and dough) breaks down gluten to allow for easier digestion, and is full of prebiotics!

– sourdough has a lower glycemic index.

– no commercial yeast, it’s just “wild” fermented bread.

– it’s nutrient dense (especially with whole ground and/or heritage flour!)

– when you buy local sourdough, you’re supporting a family, your community 🫶🏻

– you can’t beat fresh bread, the quality and taste is unmatched!
