Morcon is a Filipino dish comminly served during Christmas and special occasions.
Beef roulade stuffed with sausage, bacon, hard boiled eggs, pickles, cheese, carrots.

Carioca are sweet chewy balls, a Filipino dessert or snack made of glutinous rice flour coated with melted crunchy brown sugar.

Ingredients:
2cups Glutinous rice flour
1cup. Water
1cup. Frying oil- i used canola
1cup. Brown sugar

Method:
Mix the rice flour and water. Use 1Tbsp to form into balls. Fry the balls and set aside. Melt the brown sugar in the oil. Once melted put the balls on to the melted brown sugar to coat. Put in a skewer and Enjoy!
