Well, it’s been a slice! After a decade of making gluten-free, vegan and allergen free products for you, it’s time to start a new chapter.
I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the many years of support. It really has meant the world to me.
I’m really excited that Big Fat Lion Bake Shoppe in Kelowna is taking the reins and will be producing a number of our Pikanik products. If you are in the Kelowna area be sure to stop by and pick up some of your faves!

This cheese is a vegan cheese game changer. I brought it home and immediately made a grilled cheese with our classic sandwich bread. OMG. It took some coaxing to get it to melt, but once it did? Outrageous gooey mouth feel and legitimate applewood smoked cheddar flavour. I got mine at Choices Markets.

Our collective hearts and minds are with Ukraine. I am sure many of us feel helpless as we watch the atrocities unfold. As a baker, I looked up recipes and created these untraditional Traditional Ukrainian Honey Cookies. We’re a vegan shop, so we used 🍯. Recipe in the comments! The recipe won’t do anything to help or save people from the ravages of war, but it’s an acknowledgment and a nod of respect for an incredibly courageous people. 🇺🇦🙏🏼❤️
