Happy to announce that Lori and myself will be selling product at the Sunderland Maple syrup Festival on April 6 and seventh and we will again be in the lunch room. Lori will be selling sandwiches and possibly chilli and I will be selling the baked goods. One of the new things this year will be coconut raspberry tarts as pictured below. This year there will definitely be some cinnamon sticky buns as well as the butter tarts, banana bread and shortbread. Hope to see you there.

All 3 cherry cheesecakes have been spoken for. If anyone wants one, price is $25 until Apr 28. After that it goes up to $30. These will not be frozen but will be made to order. If you want / need to, it can be frozen. I will be unable to make anything May 1 to May 21.

I would like to say that doing the Sunderland Maple Syrup Festival was a great success considering it was the first time. A huge and appreciative thank you to everyone that bought something from myself or Lori. She did quite well for the ME to WE charity.
