The Riess family extends our heartfelt appreciation to the loyal customers of Milbree Viking Bakery. Following the passing of Franz Riess, whose dedication and craftsmanship shaped the bakery’s identity, we have entrusted its future to new management who we believe are the right fit to uphold the values, traditions, and authentic Finnish recipes of this amazing bakery.
