Thank you Buy BC for featuring True Grain Bakehouse in your recent TV ad campaign. The full day shoot was a lot of fun, and the kids were an absolute blast! And the cause is something we're very passionate about, especially at this time. In 2016, we made a firm commitment to bake with only organic BC-farmed and BC-milled flour. And not just with white flour and whole wheat flour, but with ancient grain varieties like Einkorn, Emmer, Khorasan, Spelt, Rye, and Canada's darling Red Fife Heritage wheat. Today we're proud to extend our product line far beyond loaves, pastries, & cookies/crackers to include pizza doughs, pastas, pancake mixes, bagels, even tortillas. We invite you to stop by True Grain Bakehouse in downtown Summerland to experience a true taste of local farming, local milling, and local craft baking.
