- We bake lots of special orders for individual customers as they are requested for celebrations. Spe

cial orders require 1 week's notice. GLUTEN-FREE INFO:
We are not a certified gluten-free facility because we bake conventional and gluten-free items in the same kitchen (at different times, on clean equipment), in the same oven. If you have celiac disease or a severe allergy to wheat, our gluten-free items may not be suitable for you due to potential cross contamination. If you are gluten intolerant, or are just avoiding gluten, then our gluten free items are definitely suitable for you. VEGAN INFO:
