It is OUR business garbage bin.
When you dump YOUR garbage in the bin WE need to pay for it to be dumped.

Hello!
I thought id post a "friendly" reminder:
The area beside the Goodwill Bakery closest to the street is our property (this also includes the garbage bin) and we don't appreciate it when you don't pick up your dogs p**p and I hit it with my lawnmower.
The garbage bin is also NOT for public use.
