If you’re building your own board, don’t just guess… here’s a foolproof combo using my go-to spots:
Cheese (grab 3):
Creamy: Brie or Camembert
Sharp: Aged white cheddar, Gruyere
Bold: Gorgonzola or blue
Meat (pick 2–3):
Prosciutto (crowd favourite, always)
Genoa salami
Hot soppressata if you want a little kick
Extras (this is what people forget):
Fig jam or honey
Red pepper jelly
Marinated olives
Roasted nuts
Crackers + breadsticks
Pro tip:
Don’t overload your board. Give everything space so it actually looks good… not like you panic-dumped groceries on a tray 😅
Another tip:
Take your cheese out 30–45 mins before serving. Cold cheese = no flavour!
