For our farmers, this means early mornings, long days, late nights, short sleeps, and unimaginable stress and discomfort. 😫🚜💥

Without farmers, there is no grain. 🌾❌

This last weekend was special to me for many reasons. 💭 Not only did I make my very first wedding cake and my second wedding cake on the same weekend, of 3 tiers with the smallest being 10" might I add, but I was also blessed to be a bridesmaid at the second wedding! ❤️

The days leading up to the wedding, I was averaging 4 hours of sleep a night. 🫪 I was busy, busy, busy and learned a hard lesson about pacing myself; taking breaks when needed. 🫩😴

The ceremony was beautiful, the cake was delicious, and the reception will be remembered for years to come. Also, by far the best wedding topper I have ever seen! 🐈‍⬛

This is my very first gum-paste rose. Not bad for a first try! However, 2 hours is entirely too long for ONE flower. ⌛️🫪
