Alexander wanted a chocolate chip cookie cake, and he GOT a chocolate chip cookie cake! It's two layers of chocolate cake with a layer of eggless cookie dough in the middle, covered in chocolate chip cookie dough buttercream, and topped with some cookie dough truffles.

Freshly baked cookies on a gorgeous sunny day!

One batch is stuffed with caramel, toffee bits, and milk chocolate. Another is stuffed with dark chocolate ganache, dark chocolate bits and peanut butter chips. And I made some mini versions of the big ones too.
