Good morning,

I recently found out that there was a batch of this week’s focaccias that were slightly undercooked in the middle. Unfortunately, I wasn’t aware of the issue at the time they were sold, and I’m truly sorry to anyone who received one that wasn’t up to my usual quality standards.

I take a lot of pride in what I make, and I want every product I sell to meet the quality you expect from me. I sincerely apologize, and I’ll make sure this doesn’t happen again.

If you purchased a focaccia from me this week and noticed anything unusual, please don’t hesitate to reach out and let me know. I’d really appreciate hearing from you.

I’ll be at the Prescott Farmers’ Market this Saturday, and I’d love to see you there!

Just a heads-up that I won’t be at the market on August 1st and August 8th, and I won’t be accepting pickup orders between August 1–8.

If you’d like to stock up on sourdough before my short break, stop by the market this Saturday or send me a pre-order.

A Little About Me 👋

My name is Aydan.

I’m a Turkish Canadian who has always loved spending time in the kitchen, but I didn’t expect one little sourdough starter during COVID to completely change my life! What started as a fun experiment quickly became a passion (and maybe a slight obsession 😄).

When I’m not covered in flour, you’ll usually find me in my garden, out cycling, or playing video games.

My husband and I recently moved to the countryside to start our little homestead, and baking fresh sourdough for our community has become one of my greatest joys.
